Need more than a talking head at your next ministry event or conference? Lily7
would be honored to work with you to provide a quality speaker and/or worship leader. If you are
interested in hearing more, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page.
In the Fall of 2002, Nikki Rutz transitioned from her career as a lawyer (having
worked with the Houston-based Sears & Cole Law Firm, the Illinois Legislature, and
the Illinois Central Management Services agency) into full-time ministry and
co-founded Lily7. Since that time, she has been a featured speaker at various
college campuses and conferences throughout the United States. Carrying a passion
for seeing this next generation of collegiate women develop godly character and fully
find their identity in Christ, Nikki teaches biblical principles with relevant
application to the issues facing today's collegiate woman. She previously obtained
degrees at Baylor University (economics/pre-law) and the University of Houston Law
Center (doctorate of jurisprudence), and currently pursues coursework at Covenant
Seminary in St. Louis, MO. Nikki has written two Bible studies (Seven Sides of a
Woman's Character and The Next Seven Sides) and is a contributing writer
for Collegiate magazine.
Although she will be taking time to pursue other ministry endeavors during the 2009-2010
school year, she can be contacted for potential speaking engagements at
info@lily7.com.

Allie is available to lead worship and/or perform a concert at college women's
events.
Allie Lapointe has been songwriting since the age of 14 and leading worship since she was 18.
She grew up in Iowa, where she met and married her husband, Nick. The Lapointes then moved to
St. Louis for five years, where Allie became involved with the Lily7 team. In 2007, the
Lapointes moved back to Iowa where they continue their involvement with family, church, and
music. Allie has recently been involved in writing songs for a project called "Tell Me What
You See: Hope for those overcoming an eating disorder" by Music For The Soul, a Nashville-based
organization. Allie also performs at coffee shops and women's events, but her main ministry is
to her family — Nick, their sons Grant and Miles, and dog Rock Star.
Stephanie is available to lead worship at any ministry events!
Stephanie Painter has been involved with music since she was 5 years old. She began playing guitar, singing,
and songwriting by the age of 13 and has only continued to expand her horizons. By 14, Stephanie was serving
as the worship leader at a church plant in her hometown and held the position as president/worship leader of
the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in her high school. As time passed, she later had opportunities to
perform at the Stagg Bowl Football Championship breakfast two years in a row, led for several high school
girl's retreats, and was enlisted to begin assisting in building the worship programs at other local
churches. Stephanie is now a junior at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA, where she is majoring in
Psychology with a minor in Women's Ministries. She intends to get her Masters in Biblical Counseling with
hopes of counseling women in crisis as well as serving as a worship leader at churches and events. When not
singing somewhere, Steph serves in student leadership at Liberty, where she leads weekly Bible studies,
mentors, disciples a small group of young ladies, and is a part of the One Hope Women's Ministry Team through
the University. She is now leading worship at her home church in Salem, VA, and traveling to lead for women's
conferences, etc. Stephanie joined the Lily7 team after leading worship for a collegiate event at Virginia
Tech and has continued to work with Nikki at other major events such as Metamorphosis in Illinois.
